Girls Program

Our goal is to compete with the best in Utah. And give you the highest level of coaching and knowledge. We want to help you reach your goals and prepare you for the next level.

2024: 17 Gold won a bid at the Rocky Mountain Grand Prix in North Carolina. 17 Silver took second.

Teams

Gold

This is our top level team in the

15-18's age group. Playing in 10 tournaments in the 8 month season. 4 out of state & 6 in state.

They will go to AAU Nationals in Florida whether a team receives a bid or not. (Nationals is counted into the 4 out of state tournaments.)

2 practices a week, 3 hrs each. Includes strength/agility training, 30-45 min positional training.

2 coaches.

Price: $4,600

Includes: Coaches pay, coaches airfare & travel fees, court fees, transportation from airport to hotel to venue, lodging, tournament fees, 3 uniform jerseys/shorts from Sideout.

Does not include:

Required gear package through 431 Sports.

Everything involving nationals such as tournament fee (if a team does not receive a bid), transportation, lodging, coaches flights to Florida.

Silver

This is our 2's level team in the 15-18's age group.

Playing in 11 tournaments in the 8 month season. 3 out of state & 6 in state.

They will go to AAU Nationals in Florida only if a team receives a bid.

2 practices a week, 2 hrs each. And 30 min positional training

2x weekly.

1 coach.

Price: TBA

Includes:

Coaches pay, court fees, transportation from airport to hotel to venue, lodging, tournament fees, 2 uniforms jerseys/shorts.

Does not include:

Required gear package through 431 Sports.

Nationals transportation, coaches flights & lodging in Florida.

A team will go to Nationals ONLY IF they receive a bid (bid pays for the tournament fee.)

Bronze

This is our 3's level team in the 14-18's age group. Playing in 8 tournaments in the 8 month season. 1 out of state & 6 in state.

Non Sunday play

Will not go to Nationals.

2 practices a week, 2 hrs each.

Includes a 30 min positional training 1x weekly.

1 coach.

Includes: Coaches pay/fees, court fees, tournament fees.

Does not include:

Required gear package through 431 Sports.

Grom

This is for our 14U/12U developmental teams. They will only play in 5 local 1 day tournaments.

Non Sunday play

Will not go to Nationals.

Tournament info

This is the layout we want to follow for each team. Not all dates or tournaments are finalized and we are still waiting for tournaments to be posted. We will keep this updated as we move forward.

We travel to all the same tournaments as a club and we like to travel together as much as possible.

There is no negotiation as to which tournaments we attend. In some cases if tournaments are full and a team cannot get in, we will make sure to replace it with an available tournament around the same dates.
